(I found that I [Milos] voted for him with the comment: "Support. Because he had balls to become a candidate :)") Before that, in 2009 he wanted to become a member of Wikimedia Foundation Board. He finished as 16th in competition of 18 candidates. Logically, he supports another looser, Larry Sanger, in his self-promotion by trying to discredit Wikipedia. Unfortunately for them, during their lifetime they will be able just to keep trying.

Thus the phrase "Mad as a Hatter" became popular as a way to refer to someone who was perceived as insane.
