Template:Ping Similar usernames and overlapping edits (time? or edit interest?) doesn't feel like a sufficient explanation(more precisely, there are many things that are difficult to grasp in the explanation..!) Both users have overlapping editing patterns and times in w:zh:澳門科技大學建築學學位課程, w:zh:澳門科技大學 and w:zh:陳量 with mass expansions on the above topics, but they edit on the same page alternately so frequently that it is uncertain if it is controlled by a same user. LuciferianThomas 03:03, 2 May 2022 (UTC)

According to the information I have found, this is not for public use, such as institutions or schools. This IP has only been used by the above 3 users, and in particular, Abcd715 has been using this IP without any change since March.
