I just clarify one thing, I didn't confirm that 零醇 was abusing the IP or other accounts.I can only compare similar edits from different accounts, but I don't have enough evidence to tell you who I suspect.

If I suspect he is abusing IP, then maybe I'll start investigating from the page w:zh:衍射 and w:zh:缅甸.To be honest, I didn't check these pages.I found from his account history that he increased the number of edits in a very strange way(lots of rollbacks).
