David Kozák Hostouň and multiple IPs @cs.wiktionary

Since we can't publicly link IP addresses to accounts in accordance with the ANPDP I'm not sure how this check should be performed. The best option might probably be to either try doing an investigation focusing on whether the IPs are related (in other words, a check with a result that would only involve the IPs, and not the account), or perform a check with another account if there is one (since we can't check only one account, as that would be classed as "fishing". Template:Possible If they aren't the same person, its likely meatpuppetry. They geolocate to the same large city and share an ISP. Among the devices the two accounts used, one of the devices may have been shared, but there is insufficient data on igwiki to determine this. (Other involved devices are unique.) A Commons CU might be help by providing me the CU data for c:File:Boucherihmohamed.jpg.

I don't think random spot checks of active editing accounts are appropriate, even with previous history. Since I can connect the IP to an account that appears unrelated even after digging - including reviewing CU log entries, we would need further evidence the single IP edit is them...which I'm unconvinced you would be able to provide given the connection I found. -- Amanda (she/her) 05:21, 10 July 2024 (UTC)

The first two are interested in the same topic, which does not show much. Just because 2 accounts agree doesn't mean we can invade their privacy. "Same writing style" does not give any evidence - you have to remember we don't know the nuances of Azerbaijani. CU can't prove meatpuppetry or COI - we can only tell likelihood of sockpuppetry, and there is not enough evidence. I would be more concerned if they were new accounts, but they are years old. From an LWCU perspective I'd say connection between the two is Template:Possilikely, leaning towards Template:Likely. Kimthami is Template:Confirmed to a locked account, Template:CA, along with some other sleepers that I just locked, and Akazumi Ahasi is also Template:Confirmed to another account, Template:CA.

Template:Done, after performing a local check I will raise the likelihood of a relationship between the two from a possilikely to a Template:Likely. This appears to be a spam farm (or an LTA based on some local viwiki blocks for some of the accounts), so I also locked a bunch of other accounts I found. EPIC (talk) 15:43, 25 July 2024 (UTC)
